Testimonials

I rarely leave business reviews. But Alex at House of Bikes provided such top notch service that I had to leave one this time. If you need an e-bike, he's definitely the man to talk with. I got my order from them three days ahead of schedule, and assembly was a snap. If I ever need another e-bike, I am returning to House of Bikes.

What a great service by Alex, he took the time to answer all my questions and was very patient, no pressure sale. Love the bike, exactly as described 👍🏼. Thanks again.

If you're looking for an E-bike, this is the place to order from. There is a lot of variety to suit your specific needs and if you are unsure about what to order, Alex is quick to answer with great recommendations. He is very friendly and full of knowledge. Delivery was very quick and easy.

I bought a beautiful hybrid bike from Alex. I’m a beginner and wanted it for commuting to work when the weather co-operates. I’m able to sit on my seat the whole way and do the big hills with ease. Such a big difference from a cheap bike! I’m loving it. Would highly recommend House of Bikes to everyone.

Genn B.

It was just an absolute pleasure dealing with Alex at house of bikes when purchasing my son’s Giant Reign Enduro MTB bike. Casual but professional, super knowledgeable, completely non-biased between brands, just completely focused on what’s best for the rider. What a great experience, I will only be purchasing bikes from the House of Bikes from now on.
