This is my first ebike and I have not been disappointed at all. It is allowing me to continue cycling when my knees were being stressed a bit too much with a regular bike. And the commute to the office is a breeze, especially being able to switch into Sport mode for the trip home if the wind is against me.
Putting it together myself was fairly straightforward and I switched the control panel from the left to right side as it is a bit complicated and my right hand is much more dextrous.
Love the step through, love the regenerative braking! Very glad I ended up with Lvl 4 in the end, well worth the money.

Lots of power, easy to handle, comfortable riding with seat suspension
Some pieces were bent on arrival, shipping box was also quite damaged.
Bike works well, but battery goes down really fast.
